Terms of Service

1. The service

PDFCraft converts files between PDF and Markdown. Conversion runs on our servers and produces a downloadable result. We do not guarantee that any conversion is error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.

2. Your content

You keep all rights to the files you upload. You grant us a temporary licence to process them solely to perform the conversion. Files are deleted immediately after the conversion completes or fails.

3. Acceptable use

Do not upload content you have no right to process, malware, or material that is illegal in your jurisdiction. We may suspend access for abuse.

4. Credits

Free trials are limited to 3 conversions per browser. Paid packs are one-time purchases of 50 conversions and do not expire. Failed conversions are refunded automatically.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
