Failed conversions are free

If a conversion fails, the credit is returned to your balance automatically — no request needed.

14-day money-back

If you bought a pack and used fewer than 10 conversions, write to support@pdfcraft.app within 14 days of purchase and we refund the full amount, no questions asked.

How to request

Send the email address you used at checkout, or the licence code from your confirmation. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

What we cannot refund

Packs where more than 10 conversions have been used. We may still refund if the service clearly did not work for your documents — just ask.
