Privacy Policy

What we store

• Your files — processed in memory or a temporary file, deleted right after conversion. We do not keep copies.
• Your email — if you buy a pack, our payment provider (Stripe or Paddle) sends us the address you entered at checkout, so we can send your licence code and handle refunds.
• One cookie — lic, holding your licence code so you do not have to retype it. lang remembers your language. No analytics, no advertising, no third-party tracking.
• Messages you send us — the contact form and reviews are stored so we can reply and publish your review if you consent by submitting it.

Who processes data

Payments: Stripe / Paddle (they act as merchant of record in some regions). Hosting: Google Cloud. Nothing is sold or shared for marketing.

Your rights

Write to support@pdfcraft.app to access, correct or delete your data. We answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU/EEA you may also complain to your local supervisory authority.

Retention

Uploaded files: deleted within minutes. Contact messages and reviews: kept until you ask us to delete them. Purchase records: kept as long as tax law requires.
